Planning Zoning Commission Suggests New Zoning Ordinance/Map

The ÉîÒ¹¸£ÀûÉç Planning and Zoning Commission held a public hearing on the proposed update of the ÉîÒ¹¸£ÀûÉç Zoning Ordinance, which is currently known as Chapter 165 of the ÉîÒ¹¸£ÀûÉç Code or Ordinances.  At this hearing, residents and stakeholders had the opportunity to comment on the draft ordinance.  Said comments will be considered by the commission as part of deliberations for the passage of the ordinance. . . .

ÉîÒ¹¸£ÀûÉç Trails Receives Paint Iowa Beautiful Grant

In February 2025 the ÉîÒ¹¸£ÀûÉç Trails Commission submitted a grant application to the Paint Iowa Beautiful Grant.  This grant, through a partnership with Diamond Vogel Paint of Orange City, Iowa, provides free paint to a wide variety of public service and community betterment projects throughout Iowa.  Thousands of gallons of paint have been donated to community groups through the Paint Iowa Beautiful program.  The ÉîÒ¹¸£ÀûÉç . . .

Recreation Trail Gets Needed Trimming
